We are living in a time when the Church is being questioned from all sides: its structures, its moral integrity and even its relevancy for the present time and age. The only way open for us to give an adequate response is the way back to the Bible, more precisely, to the message of Jesus himself. What was he really all about? And what did he ask from those who would be willing to listen to his words and to follow his actions?

A new look at Jesus, who walked over our earth, will show us that the centre of his message was his God image whom he experienced and revealed as loving every human being unconditionally. He saw his mission in drawing all human beings into union and communion with his God. This has been called the basic achievement of his life. The questions to be asked are therefore: What God image rules my life? Am I willing to let my image of God be changed into the one Jesus had? What consequences would that have on the way I live and act? The title of the retreat will therefore be:
